Contributions to WFW Action Fund, Inc. are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. WFW Action Fund, Inc. is an independent expenditure-only committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). WFW Action Fund’s spending is independent, and it does not make contributions to, or coordinate its spending with, any candidates or political parties. WFW Action Fund, Inc. may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other business entities. Contributions from foreign nationals, foreign corporations, and federal contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individual donors whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
